Service
♡ I have the right to refuse commissions.
♡ I will not create NSFW content. Suggestive and lewd requests are OK (18+ characters only.)Payments
♡ I will only begin working on your commission once payment is confirmed and paid in full.
♡ I am willing to accept milestone payments if the order exceeds USD 50
♡ Prices may vary depending on complexity, requirements, and/or additional requests.
♡ Client warrants that they will not issue chargebacks, and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.Timeline and Process
♡ Non-Rush commissions take typically around 1 - 4+ weeks, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload as I'm a full-time college student ;-;
♡ Rush commissions can be provided within reason. There will be a surcharge of USD 20 for most pieces.
♡ Minor revisions are permitted! Clients can have up to 3 major revisions during the sketching phase, such as; pose, clothes, key background details, etc. (Surprise Me commissions excluded)Refunds
♡ if requested, a partial refund of 50% can be provided during the sketching phase. The Client’s commission will then be cancelled.
♡ There will be zero refunds once the client has approved the sketch
♡ chargebacks will not be tolerated, please allow me to refund you myselfRights and Usage
♡ All commission prices are for personal use (non-profit usage). Clients can display my work on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization (profile pictures, banners, posts, etc.)
♡ Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2 to 3 times the original cost. Commercial rights allow the usage of the work for financial gain, such as advertising, selling products, monetization, marketing, etc.Intellectual property rights
♡ I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights of the work provided. This still applies even if you pay for commercial usage.
♡ Clients must not claim my work as their own and must give appropriate credit.
♡ Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, AI or ML training; NFT; is strictly prohibited.
♡ I may add final products to my portfolio or use them as example work for commissions. I may also post commissions and any Work In Progress (WIPs) onto my social media sites (Clients can request that I do not post the art on my social media).
